✖ NO, you are not allowed to resell it. (DISCLAIMER i won't police you on what you do with your character, just saying this is a preference. if i find out you resold a design i made, i won't say anything but i will be a little disgruntled.)
✔ YES, you can use your character commercially.
✖ NO, you cannot claim the character as yours before paying.
✔ YES, I will hold a character for 2 weeks.
✖ NO, you cannot reclaim said character after the 2 week deadline if the character has already been sold to someone else. (unless the owner of the character would sell it to you)
