Wow. You've done a wonderful job with all the colours on this one. I especially like her skin tone, and it's admirable how much attention you've put to it, without overworking it at all. But since everything else is so well coloured, her eye colour could've used more variety.
I also like her dress, and the choise of colours you've used, especially on the top half. Although I think the skirt and socks are a bit boring to look at, even though they look good and realistic. The ribbons on her ankles are a great little accessory, but the brown colour of the socks just don't seem to fit her clothing as a whole. And her skirt could've used more details/accessories beside the lace, even though the purple pink colour fits the picture really well.
Another thing is, that her head looks a tiny bit too wide, but since it has got more to do with style than accuracy, I won't say anything more about it. Otherwise her anatomy looks really good, and her legs and the knee part are especially well done and flawless. Her hands look good too, but I think her arm from shoulder to the elbow might be a bit too long.
Her hair looks good too, and I can't find anything that could've been done better on that part. If something, I could praise you for using such an original hairstyle.
Hope I didn't sound too negative, since it's a great piece of art, and definitely worth the favourite.

haha, yeah, i do have a problem with the arms and the shoulders =u=;; i never seem to get them right

Well, I'm just happy that my comments are appreciated. That makes it all worth the while.
Hmm... I'm not exactly so sure about the BEST colour choise either, but a lighter colour ranging from light red to white might've been more suitable, concidering the fact that she has that innocent look. But I agree with you that it might make them drown into the background. But if you had done light coloured socks, then maybe you could've added a single stripe on the outer edge to go along with the shape of the sock, but with a different colour than the sock itself. That would prevent the socks from drowning to the background so easily.
The main reason that I mentioned about the brown socks, was that brown can be a really difficult colour. It seems to be shunned by artists all over, since not many colours go well with brown. Mainly green, dirty yellow and other earth colours go well with brown (although brown as a hair colour is an exception). There are some stuff like the colour circles that can help you determine the best colours for your works. Of course it's easier said than done, as my own gallery proves.
Well, I don't see any problem on the shoulders of this character. I think they're just fine. And overall the anatomy of your characters is way better than mine. But if you wonder about the length of the arms and such, there are always good tutorials on dA. I'm not sure if you've read this already, but it certainly has been helping me to improve. Although anime/manga style usually has stuff like elongated limbs, and is far from being dead-on realistic. [link]
