Told you guys more fanart for this was incoming. And so, the crew of the D.S.S. Souleye! Left to right, top to bottom: Captain Viridian, Doctor Violet, Professor Vitellary, Officer Vermilion, Chief Verdigris, and Doctor Victoria.I always wanted to give that "monochromatic picture" thing a try and this gave me a chance to do it six times over, so I did! It's interesting, but not "make a habit of it" interesting.
Verdigris gave me a lot of trouble for some reason and I'm still not really happy with how he looks, but other than that, pretty satisfied.

I actually think Viridian is a girl. That's just my beliefs, though, Viridian is whatever gender you believe she is. Also, if you look at Viridian's picture, at first glance she appears to be a boy, but if you look more closely, Viridian could be a boy or a girl with short hair. I don't know, I could very well be wrong, Viridian does look pretty male in this picture.
And it's not Viridian x Violet or Victoria, it's Verdigris x Violet because they both really like each other, Vitellary x Victoria because they're made for each other basically, and Viridian x Vermilion because they're the only two left XD

Hah, I think Vermilion is my favorite of the bunch, too. There's just something about his reaction to the Gravitron and his "Heya Captain!" that's really endearing.

Thank you! I found that doing the intermissions with each character and just talking to them at the ship a bunch was helpful for getting a grasp of their personalities.
