So, here's some more TomPreston parody work, and as with the last piece, this is also AtlantaTheAristocrat 's fault. We were talking about Alex Ze Pirate (as well as Canadian-Rainwater 's Captain Fashion Faux Pas) and we talked about the how the story and characters could be heavily improved upon (along with all the damned anachronisms that pop up in the Alex Ze Pirate comics). So, Atlantian talked me into trying my hand at making a sexy lady pirate character...

...And then like usual said sexy lady pirate wound up getting into my NeverRealms setting. Soooo, sexy dark fantasy post-apocalyptic lady pirate? There's errors in this image (such as her left hand being all around flipper-ish and I got the flintlock pistol wrong in places), but I'm okay with the image in the end. : )

So, here's Captain Lexine Read. She is a legendary pirate hailing from the Golden Age of Piracy. She sold her soul to both Lucifuge Rofocale and Mephistopheles without either Demon Lord knowing of the others transaction until it was too late. I'll elaborate more on Lexine's back story in future pieces. Let's just say the name "Lexine Read" is an alias. Oh, and she's immortal.

As for the parody image itself, the premise is what would happen if Alex Ze Pirate tried squaring off against a professional pirate (I mean come on! If you've read the comics, you'd know Alex isn't very professional), never mind Lexine's immortality. Needless to say, any fight that ensued would be a short one, and poor little Alex Ze Pirate would find herself in a rather...perilous situation. I don't really see Lexine killing off Alex though. Lexine would think Alex too much of a buffoon to finish her off and would probably leave her to wallow around in her perilous peril...because the peril is much too perilous.

Come to think of it, I wish I had drawn Captain Peggy passed out in the background with a nose bleed. Damnit.
