I FINALLY got this finished after so much fussing and actually getting some critiques on it from my Figure Drawing teacher (mostly for colouring/colour balance, textures, light/shadow, and balancing background and foreground figure. It felt good to actually get some critiques in class rather than a bunch of worthless ass-pats, even if the critique in question wasn't for a class assignment). So, I am open to critiques (as usual) from friends and watchers but I...don't think I'll be turning on the Advanced Critiques for this one...since I already got a few advanced critiques in-class to begin with.

This is Mateo HallowAxe, Henry HallowAxe's younger brother (adopted). Like Henry, Mateo was supposed to be a throwaway character in Taiki's and Matthias' backstory. During the zombie outbreak, Henry blamed Taiki for not only Matthias' death (despite having hated Matthias at the time for supposedly taking Taiki away from him), but for the zombie outbreak in the bunker as well (because Taiki and hir family supposedly lured the the vampires and then zombies there...yeeeeah..it's still a WIP) and therefore was going to shoot hir. Mateo disagreed with Henry's logic (since Henry had snapped by this point) and well, wound up with a bullet in his brain.

No one knew that Mateo had been infected with the Met-Omega virus (via zombie bite obviously) prior to his death.

Like Henry, Mateo would later be revived via some occult rituals, but rather than a vampire like his brother Henry, Mateo would find himself revived as a flesh-eating zombie due to prior infection.

Creepy Tarman walk aside, Mateo doesn't mind being a zombie save for when his craving for human flesh and brains kicks in, then his mind clouds up until his hunger is satisfied.

Extra Information

† Mateo's un-life-long dream is to party with Linnea Quigley. ^.^;

† Unlike other Met-Omega zombies (like Hughbert and Carla), Mateo cannot run, but walks in a Creepy Tarman Walk. It has been theorized that this is because the bullet that killed Mateo is still lodged inside his brain, and thus his motor skills are a bit limited.

† This same bullet possibly causes his body to become "locked in" at random, causing him to sort of "stand stiffly in place and groan" for a few seconds.

† When his cravings cloud his mind, Mateo's eyes turn white and glassy and he can only concentrate on finding a food source.

† Unlike traditional zombie or other Met-Omega zombies, Mateo cannot be killed via a bullet to the brain (obviously since there's already a bullet lodged in there), and hacking him to pieces will just cause each body part to act individually.
