I have a feeling it's not perfectly level (I can't see the horizont on the right, so I can't be sure) and the shutter speed mixture is somewhat bizarre. The clouds are running while the water is not (different shutters for sky and water?).
Other than these nitpickings, it looks great and atmospheric. I envy your coasts.
