Wow. REALLY EXCELLENT! I am kind of in love with your work right now. I love these shots that you find, and if the Autumn in Rhodes was any indication, you love your craft and you spend a lot of time taking your shots. And trust me, it really shows.
This picture touches a personal fancy of mine. I love wide open spaces; they appeal to my sense of adventure, and your piece just captures the essence of vast, beautiful space.
Thank you, I wonder if you're going to make this a print.

The colours are a little too saturated but the shot looks really surreal

The palette of different, bright colors makes the picture overwhelming. Wow. :]

I'm an amateur photographer, and I was just wondering how you get the colors of your photographs so pure? Do you use filters? What type of camera do you use (and how long have you been using it)?

I agree - it's to oversaturated - looks very bad

Very friendly shot with nice vivid colors. You overdid the blue a little at the very top.

this would rock as a mural on a wall, with even backlighting and frame/glass to imitate a window...

Hmmm, I think the colours are a little too intense for my liking but otherwise an impressive image.

the simplicity of this landscape makes it look great! real nice composition. in my opinion it's a little too saturated in colours, makes it look "unrealistic", but that's just me. anyway, nice job

This reminds me a lot of Daryl Benson's kind of work (he's the guy who invented the reverse grad for Singh Ray [link] (it's a PDF so takes a few seconds to download...give it time, it's worth it!)
Right, so I love the greens and the fields and although those are some epic clouds, I'd have been tempted to crop this across the middle into panorama format. I know I know when you have a sky like this it's tempting to think "I've got to have those clouds in" but I think the composition is much better balanced and focused without the top half of the sky.
Great to see you using a tele for landscapes mate, a lovely shot

I just looked at the link you posted. Really great pictures!
And personally, I think the really high ceiling helps emphasize the, um, vastness of the shot. I do agree that the composition feels unfocused though.
(^ I dont know squat, i'm just thanking you for the good link.)

you really used a cpl here? I don't see the characteristic deep blue sky you'd get or increased definition in the clouds...
but stunning shot nonetheless!

That sky might need to be reprocessed a bit. Its too fake a blue for me. Something just doesn't feel right for me.
I agree with you. This is one of those A0+ sized prints.

The colour are great!! I think I know whats causing the grain to be so intense. Its the Image Library that DA's using that converts the image to a different quality when you upload the image.
