This is 10 year old male Amur Tiger, Toma, who resides at the Rosamond Gifford Zoo in Syracuse, NY. After a hot day he laid down in the pool and just relaxed.Others big cats from the Rosamond Gifford:

Toma's his name! I wish I would get a chance to see him up close. He's usually by the fence when I visit.

XD It is! I love finding out animals' names ~ I was able to find his and his mates name in the article about the cubs on the Rosamond Gifford website!
He is usually by the fence when I visit as well but he went from pacing the fence to walking up to the glass to take a bath for a few minutes. Luckily my friend and I had been watching him for almost 30 minutes so we were lucky enough to see him when he finally walked up closer.

That's really lucky! I can't wait to see the cubs - from what I've heard and the pictures I've seen on the RGZ website, they're adorable. If you need help identifying any of the other animals, I'll always be glad to help.
