Great Macro!
By the stubby antenna on the front of it's face, it's one of the small predatory Fly species feeding on a Fruit fly.
At first I though it might be Coenosia attenuate, but the eyes aren't quite big enough and it lacks the large calypter flaps in front of those long halter tabs just below the wings.
LOL! It may sound fantastic, but C. attenuate can actually be trained to "falconeer" inside a greenhouse. A little while ago I was reading an article about how these flies can trained to be carried to a specific plant area, fly out, grab a pest species and return to the hand to consume it's prey.
