These are great shots. Have you ever been down to Boulder and Escalante? That's another great area for these types of pictures.

I lived in Escalante as a toddler...
I have only been down there once since...and I didn't do photography then. I would like to get down to Boulder Mountain sometime...especially to do some fly-fishing...

The fishing is amazing on the Boulder. There are so many lakes on top, you could hike around for weeks and not make it to all of them. You have to go down there and go to the Burr Trail and around Capitol Reef. I have so many pictures of it. The contrast there is amazing. Red rock and mountain... the perfect combo to me.
