Well this horse is from a stud named Winning Colours Farm. They are Thoroughbred breeders but they do have crossbred horses and just the other day I saw they had a Clydesdale mare with an overo foal so I think that foal is a crossbreed as well.
I just looked on their website and found him and it says "Hagia Sophia" 2010 ASB, APHA, PHAA Dominant White Thoroughbred Colt

I have some rodeo photos that I have yet to upload if you would be interested in them as well? As for breeds of those horses though, I don't know exactly cause I never spoke to the riders.
