This is a really old photo of mine that I have FINALLY been able to scan onto my computer! For years this photo has sat in a special sparkly blue photo-frame that says PERFECT at the bottom, a rainbow at the top with clouds on either end of it, and a pink and a yellow butterfly on both sides on the frame. I worked hard to get that frame mind you.... by cleaning up my room xD This is one of two photos that I have of him, the other is in my scrap book with a plastic sheet over the top of the photo to protect it, in that photo Rex is side on with me at his shoulder <3

This photo was taken in 2002 when I was ten years old with my first horse named Rex, I named him myself <3 I only had him for three years, he was five or almost five when he passed away. We have no idea what killed him, there was a Clydesdale (Marshall) and a Donkey (Harry) in the same paddock as him but they were fine... well mostly... as Marshall became depressed for some time following Rex's death, I was depressed for over a year... I learnt how to ride on him, the fastest we have gotten was a canter, and we even did a small jump. I have not progressed on my riding since his death. I tried when I was given Ginger Megs sortly after Rex's death... but it was too soon, I could not make a connection with him and ended up giving him away to a new loving home.

I remember being told Rex was a strawberry roan (chestnut roan) when I got him but now as I stare at his photo, I can not be too sure about that any more... Maybe a bay roan? I can remember when we were standing out in the sunlight, he did have red hairs so I know he was not black based. Any help would be wonderful so I can finally know his true colour. Also I do not know what breeds he is, but I do know there is some Arabian in him just by how he used to hold his tail up so high when he moved <3

Fyi: Yes I do like Pokemon and yes I know I look like a dag with my over-sized shirt and my brothers hand-me-down pants xD But when I went out riding I always put on my daggiest clothes, so I did not ruin my good clothes <3
