Curious, the fox picks it up, unaware that the bear is beginning to weave a sinister toy magic through his flesh. Gradually, as the fox's flesh turns into soft, fluffy stuffing and his fur becomes synthetic and soft, How quickly forgets why he was clutching a stuffed toy at all - then that he was anything other than a cute, cuddly plush toy! The illusion of being 'real' was merely brought on by how lifelike the faux fur appeared, it was easy for his new, simple mind to confuse that fantasy with reality!
Though, why think at all when you can just sit there, feeling as blissful as the sewn-on grin plastered on your face showed? All you have to do is wait for your new owner to embrace you in cuddly hugs . . .
