It's still on my back burner to write... Just got too much other stuff to do still between cons, art, other writing, my group's FoE RP, and everything else... Still, I agree. Good to see it's still got some traction.

She is mentally linked to the machine. Disconnection would lead to extreme mental malfunction or death.
That is why she is there - And thus, looking over Equestria through the computer.

it doesnt say that she would die if unlinked, it even says (in the epilogue) that Homage goes and visits her and they celebrate birthdays and all that sorta jazz

i know what i read, they clearly talk about the two doing things together, and if not, then there would be no point to visit her. i dont really see this conversation going anywhere, so lets just end it here ( but i will definetly reread)
