After you hit Ctrl +J to double Β the latyer and then it says to Rastersize the layer called the Glass Layer. but when I try to Rastersize the layer, the Rastersize button is not visbile to me

Oh That means "Rastersize Layer Style", not "Rastersize Layer"!
