yeah, some of the templates are just pngs and don't have layers, so as long as you know how to draw or edit photos you can make them. There are also tutorials out there to make gifs with krita so gif stamps would work too! you just have to have krita up to date with the new animation thing it hasΒ

If they said Photoshop, then it's Photoshop.
But at the same time, Paint Tool Sai can open Photoshop files. So Maybe a yes, you probably will have a difficult time.

I suggest downloading (whatever video you want XD) from a convert mp4 / Video to GIF website.

When I'm done with my GIF Stamp I just click file and click "Save Web".
(If you have Photoshop though XD, and there's tons of ways to get Photoshop for free.)
