So... I imagine that Heri, although not part of UP anymore, would take some time every so often to go to the lands he was born in and around and linger at their borders, watching to make sure his friends are safe and happy. An image popped into my head of Heri bringing his mother Maji back with him once and show her his best friend, who I also imagine he would have been watching. Then I imagined a short conversation between the two-

"Is that her?"

"Yes mother, she's the one."

"She's magnificent."

"Yes... she always has been."

"... Heri?"

"Yes mother?"

"You're not sad, are you?"

"No mother. I'm overjoyed that she has a family, that she's happy now. She has more than anything I would have been able to give her. And I'll be here, if ever she needs me."

"It is a beautiful family."

That's all I really have to say
Heri is overjoyed to see Kida and her family grow and only watches to make sure they are safe.
