When the war with the machines was over, all of the mechanic brains were destroyed and it was forbidden under the death penalty to try building another android. The scavanger groups then surfaced, scrapping the metalic bodies for usefull parts, the best of which found themselves in the possession of the hacker known as Faceless King, named after their seemingly bottomless pockets and mysterious persona. There is no record of anybody ever seeing them in the flesh, before the war likely because of their utter insignificance and now because of their terrible secret - after all, what will the goverment do to a person who willingly made themselves a cyborg with half a brain shared with the fallen leader of the machines?
