They are known as The Fate Seller, for they never give any other name, nor correct when being called that. They don't talk much at all, in fact, and their voice is low and qiuet when they do, breath smelling strongly of tobaco (as do, most likely, their hands and the pack of old tarot cards). Their readings of the past are chillingly accurate, and the readings of the future always come true, so that local folks started talking that The Seller doesn't sell their insight into the things to come, but the fate itself, and sold, the new fate will replace the original one. The Seller doesn't correct that either...
