and tbh when you're outlining, just wing it-- that's what i did! just remember to keep your wrist loose so that the lines flow well, and keep the brush settings on pen pressure for opacity and the flow at ~70%. that's what i used to do this piece.

Ah, if only I had a tablet! I use a touch screen that doesn't calculate pressure, so I'm always stuck with a very long process of smudging and airbrushing. However, that is still wonderful advice -- especially the winging it. I always try to calculate it so exactly!

thank you, it really means a lot! it's honestly the first time that i've actually drawn lines on a subject instead of relying on luck that the lighting will do it naturally, so it's very nice to hear that someone appreciates my amateur outlining.
