Agreed, also very persistent. I like Frollo; but Hugo's Frollo is always my favorite. Not many movies capture his good human nature, or how he really LOVES Esmeralda.

My only issues with the Disney one, is #1 they make is seem like he is in his sixties or something. Which he should be a UN-gracefully aged 36! Not that It changes anything, I can be a prude about details like that.
#2 They take out most of his best qualities to make him more evil. I can understand;dumbing down a little for the children... he's a hard man for adults to figure out! Oh, I could go on...
