Hum... is that "Manga STudio"-thing a program? I think I have heard of it... is it easy to use? I only drew comics on paper and in photoshop yet, but maybe a program creates for manga pages could be useful.
And now for some critics. I'm not used to comics, I gotta admit, but I hope I can give your some worthy critic.
Okay, let's see... the first picture looks quite good to me, but, even if I don't know anything about Ayumi's character, I think the pose and the way she talk doesn't fit to a 100%. The pose is just too standart... hope you know what I mean. orz
In the second panel Roxy's expression again, looks pretty well done. But I think it's a pity she looks so cut down. Her lower body part is missing, and to me, that looks like a don't. D:
And the third panel... those poses are difficult, and I think you did quite good there. ovo
Oh, and I somewhat have a feeling that you are not used to all those... dots and stuff. Looks a bit uncontrolled. But I'm sure that's just a question of practise. ovo
Well, keep it up. I'd love to see more pages. ;3

Yeah 8D Manga Studio is awesome! i'm using the last version Manga Studio Ex4 you should give it a try, this last one have a lot of tool help for begginers with the software.
Well XD; haha you are right with all the things you said, in the first place i didn't think to make a comic about it lol, i just drew Ayumi like that... and then (don't know why xD; ) made it a comic. I know about the second panel thing D: i didn't liked how it looks too (my bad lazyness to draw it all 
I'm not used to half-tones ;_; and when i first used the program i didn't know how to use them 
It was like a improvised comic page XD;; sorry for that.

I'm glad I could help you. For a spontanous comic page it looks totally acceptable after all. And don't give up, as I said, I'd love to some more of this. 8D
