Description
Here's the reason that I bought all those foils in the first place - I thought that a chunky black foil would work well as a stand-in for rocks on a lava dragon. And even though my previous test suggested I wasn't going to get the look that I imagined, I couldn't get the idea out of my head, so I tried it... And yeah, it REALLY wasn't the look I was hoping for. The black foil broke up too small and just ended up making the clay look dirty. I honestly considered taking my resulting veneer and flipping it over so that I'd get just the bright colors of the clay without the black interfering at all, but I decided against it in the end.

OH WELL. I had to try, and now my curiosity has been satisfied.

Crafted from Premo polymer clay, black gilding foil, JetAge Studio Picante flakes, and bugle beads. Sold at Anime Central 2023.
