Description
This is the poster I did for my school's production of Twelfth Night! In our play, Viola/Cesario plays the violin, and it's really a music-based play, since we have an original score and everything! It's also not very period, which is why she's not wearing petticoats and corsets and all that sort of thing. Done in watercolors & ultra fine Sharpie.Related content

I can totally picture Viola as a violinist (although I feel like acoustic guitar seems even more her type of thing), and she actually does say that she is musical somewhere in the script... Awesome!
Twelfth Night is definitely my favourite of Shakespeare's works, and this poster is fantastic

favorite play of them all! I think it is a prettier love story than Romeo and Juliet, Orsino and Viola actually got to know eachother as friends first, allowing a much richer relationship, and Orsino new Viola in a way that no other man new a woman back then, simply because he had at first percieved her as a male and regarded her more openly.
