Description
Since I work in a long term care facility, I am mandated to received proper infectious disease control education. Here I share what we do in Taiwan on how to properly rubs hand during hand washing. I translated them from my Mandarin learning sheet. Each of the seven steps is corresponded to a Chinese character(on the upper left corner). combining all seven character is a poem-like verse that help reader to remember, but I really don't know how to translate them to become a poem, so I did the second best thing do, translated each of those characters into a similar-meaning English vocabulary. Hope this could be helpful for people wanting to learn how to wash hands.

Also while hand sanitizers are good to kill germs on hands right away, you absolutely have wash your hands as soon as possible. Hands sanitizers are meant just to kill germs as a first resort where there is no available hand wash area in sight. The dead germs are still remaining on the hand and need to be washed off still. This is coming from my C.P.R class I take. DO NOT use just hand sanitizer and call it good to go. You can still spread dead germs to someone else if you don’t wash your hands.
