I would like to see this in an episode because I do want to see Rarity and her sister more often and how they do things. (Would like to see some more brother and sister moments in the show, but yeah). I found this enjoyable and sweet. With Rarity seeing the memories of that day when she looks at the necklace.

When I read fanfics, I imagine everything in the show's style. Unless it's incredibly parodic, in which case it'll be animated in GMod videos. Unless it's also incompetently written on purpose, in which case it'll be animated in the style of an intentionally awful GMod video, complete with visible physgun and people manipulating the ponies.
