I started uploading them per champion on my youtube channel, TrickyMimic. I don't really know of any tutorials, but really you can look them up as you go drawing things you like.

Your values and color choices are truly admirable, also I love how you've
stylised Riven. Judging from the shoulder pad, you've done it quite loosely,
but carvings on a shoulder pad is just visual noise so this can pass as
great concept art. Keep it up.
