Did you have a reference for this? You've done an excellent job with the shoulder and arm muscles. That's on top of the high level of general detail. I can tell that's a stop sign on the chest and a car tire over the shoulder. I also like the way you've done the gaunt face. A prominent forehead over low, sunken cheekbones works very well. I'm impressed.
