It looks suspiciously like Everaldo's icon work [link] - if it is, or simply, if it isn't yours, you may want to mention that in your comment, because otherwise people will get the impression that this is your artwork, and that just wouldn't be right!

Nice and simple. I think you should provide an actual-size resolution version for download tho...a lot of phones screw up resizing.
