I started this on October 12th last year, it hard to believe it has taken this long to finish it. A have changed just about every detail more then once. With time and time again I was unhappy with how it was going, I lost track. I gave up working on it many times and moved on to another artwork instead.Anyways no disrespect to all the other Gotenks SSJ4 out there but no one has ever got it right. They all use his base hair and color plus giving him red fur, which is fine, if he was not a fusion. Goku SSJ4 has black hair and red fur and Vegeta SSJ4 has brown hair and red fur. But when fused together as Gogeta SSJ4, he have red hair and maroon fur. So as I used that as the idea for making Gotenks SSJ4, as I think both fusions would work the same.

well, i got an other idea how it may could look like. What's about a dark grey fur with an intention to dark purple. I would colour the hair as like as his saiyan form. but the "trunks" hair part should be dark purple!^^

I always thought A Gotenks SSJ4 would just look like a Mini Gogeta SSJ4, but this actually looks like Gotenks, I love it.

one fail...the lines under his eyes are red but look on gogeta ssj4 he have black lines

Thanks for the fav mate, well Iām not sure about that. Because some images and scene shots have him with red around the eyes but Tenkaichi 2 and 3 artworks are black, so I'm confused to which one.

And for the reply to me: The hair has a uniqe shape but it's the color that needs to be uniqe to Gotenks, but it takes some serious balls to do what isn't mainstream I must say.

I gotta say that I think you're doing it wrong, too. At least partially. Gogeta's SS4 hair could have been red because Vegeta's hair is brown, and that is accentuated when he's in SS4. So with Trunks' hair being purple, I don't think Gotenks' hair would be red.

How does dark brown plus black hair equal red? Also with the fur, Goku's red fur plus Vegeta's pinkish red fur equals maroon, say what. A friend of mine and I thought when we first saw Gogeta SSJ4 as a little like what a SSJ5 would look like because his power leave is super high and the unique look to their individual forms. End of the day I just wonted to make an original idea, not like what everyone else has done in the past and will make in the future. Can I ask then what color do you think his hair would be?

Heh, I actually thought the same a few times on SS5. Especially the secondary color that the Tenkaichi games used.
As for what I think it Should be, I'm not sure. Some deep purple would make sense I guess.

I just don't see how black + brown = bright red for Gogeta. Black + purple = dark purple for Gotenks.
I still think the fusion SSJ4 as a little like its own form. Because you have said dark color for Gotenks yet Gogeta is a bright color.

Ah, good point.... Gogeta's fur actually darkens over Goku's, too. I dunno. I guess we can just blame this stupidty on the fact that AT didn't make GT.

you know what i hate, someone does it right and 1 or 2 day's later you see other people do their versions of what you did. as if they cant come up with their own ideas, and if they have own ideas they mostly suck.
im happy at least you can be original and dont just copy what u see from others.

I spend all this time an effort on my artworks and someone does a 5 minute edit gets 27 favs and 160 view in one day and they can post up too 4 in a day. Get comment like great job man, awesome work yet luck of effort is shown to come up with anything original.
