The Sniper's Kidney is injured due to theprocess of making jarate.
The Soldier is crippled due to rocket jumping.
The Engineer cut off his hand in order to use the gunslinger.
The Scout is exposed to radiation by drinking
Bonk energy drink.
Heavy is fat, nuff' said.
The Pyro's suit is made out of a hazardous material.
The Demoman is an alcoholic.
The Spy has smoking problems.
Saxton Hale has temper issues.
Conclusion: The Medic is the only healthy class in the game (Well, not mentally. He's probably a sadist)
