So, I'm doing a little expirement. Trying to see if I can get a decent looking walfas that uses a mix of IRL settings and the walfas characters. There's gonna be many iterations as time goes on till I can get it right.Several things I need to get fix to get it to look better:
0. Less JPG Artifacts
1. Less Anti-Aliasing artifacts because of the Magic Wand tool
2. More blending in
Any more tips you guys? I need them.

On thing I would suggest doing would be making the shadows a bit more realistic. he only thing that seemed to stand out to me was how the shadow on the column on the left didn't match the shadows on Patchouli and Nitori (Column shadow seems to be affected by visible light, character shadows are going straight downwards as if the sun is directly above them). Other than that, I really liked it. Keep up the good work!

Needs more Gaussian blur i'm guessing, since the light under the canopy is pretty diffuse

If using Paint.Net, you can download and use an anti-aliasing filter to smooth out the edges after cropping.
If using Gimp or Photoshop, the feather tool can achieve the same effect.

I guess I thought it was a brush - it's apparently a brush in Photoshop, at least.

if you want to get rid of the white artifacts on the characters
you might want to put a "darkness" object behind it
unless you already do that

I've known someone did the IRL Walfas style on his/her youtube channel, but I can't remember the name of that channel yet I do know a video called "Bus Rider" where Yukari sings the actual song to Suika and Yuugi.
