This is beautiful. <3 I was just thinking of doing something similar to this myself! But specifically, i wanted to do Rachael Foley as a character, make it look all official looking like you did, and then have her somehow printed on a card similar to your custom ones and then use her in my games i play with my friends. o_o
I had it all planned out too. She'd have 70 health. Her only ability would be if she fails to defeat an infected, she can trash a handgun from her hand or discard pile to avoid damage. and if you were playing infection mode with her and you die from infection, you would use the specific Ooze Rachael infected character card. her infected card would be the same amount of health as the other 3 zombies (140), shed have no damage output if u fail to kill her, BUT she can only be attacked by one person per turn. if she loses all health she gives her highest decoration card but shes not dead-dead yet. she loses 3 turns and then she revives but her maximum health is halved (70) when she comes back.
Unfortunately for me, my computer is slower than crap and i dont even have to photoshop skills to boot o_o

Big fan of the card game, but now that it looks like they won't be releasing anymore I'm gonna have to resort to making my own I think ;D
