Octransfur story #2 (prompt this time was Charge). Admittedly this wasn't too related to the prompt but I really liked this anyway! I decided to go with a more story-focused route this time, so there's not too much TF here. It's much longer than my first story, though! I think Rotom is an interesting Pokemon, and I did some interesting stuff here! I had this idea for a while, too. Also thanks to for being an inspiration for this story, Rotom is one of his favorites. See you tomorrow!
