The 48th model, it's from Super Rescue, D199 the Class 46. He does look a little like the ERTL model. His wheel bogies were the hardest part of the model, especially with the number of wheels needed. But, 199 still has his 1-Co-Co-1 wheel arrangement. The diesel's pulling a goods and has broken down again, ironically in front of Henry, who gives the mean diesel a dirty look, before breaking into laughter. 199: "Oh the humiliation! Not that green swine again!"

Stepney will not be the next model, instead, Bluebell will be the 49th model, followed by Tornado.
