Re-rolled stats for a rebuilt Rocket!

Along with her new look, I wanted to give V3 Rocket a slightly different personality and backstory to V2 Rocket . Whereas V2 was a thin, athletic woman in her early to mid-twenties (primarily as a result the models I used to build her), V3 here is a smaller, slightly thicker girl in her late teens. Mainly because the RE2 Remake Claire Redfield head has a more youthful look, but also because I wanted her to more closely resemble my original Spartan Rocket .
