I've got to get me one of these. Forget the millennium Β falcon, this the ship I want to pilot.

Very cool work, though I don't remember it ever being called anything other than an alien fighter. I'm just curious: did you come up with the name on your own or did you get it from, say, DVD commentaries?
Added to under "Small Piloted Ships".

Wow, I did this along time ago but I think i found an image of it on ship info site and it referred it as an "Attacker" and ID4 was to let people know what movie it was from.
Also Google ID4 Attacker and look at images its used a lot

They do (although in the Star Wars movies it's as if every single pilot forgot they had them*), and so does this. Frankly, considering one of these things survived having an F/A-18 running into it in the movie, I think this guy would win against the X-Wing.
* In the movies it was like, two hits from a TIE and the X-Wing is gone, whereas in the books an X-wing can actually survive running into a TIE (the TIE can't). For a better version of X-wing combat (where the shields actually seem to exist), check out the X-Wing book series by Michael A. Stackpole and Aaron Allston.

yeah, But the ID4 Attacker would probably still win without shields

I remember a phase of mine almost 10 years ago where I would fantasize these attackers versus the X-Wing Squadron taking down the first Death Star...
I wonder, provided that their shields have somehow been deactivated, how the dogfights would have turned out...

Without The Shields I'd Say The X-Wings Might win

But that would be quite a battle, would it?

What was that drawn in? MS Paint, Adobe Photoshop, or something else?

Very great drawing! That was one of Bay's best movies IMHO.

Thanks. I've had this for a while, then I realized that there aren't any ID4 ships on here so i posted it.
