This mindset is very unique to the Christian worldview, most ancient worldviews believed in glory, or else believed in a sort of false unity of all things, either way, only the people at the top mattered to most societies. Christianity turns that around by showing us that the King of all set aside His glory for us. Tsar Nicholas powerfully embodied Christ in His life, and in his martyrdom, now he reigns with Him in glory.
