Hum... It's hard to say. Sometimes i have to figure out how to do this or that effect that I don't know so it takes longer than a simple one with some stars and clouds.
Usually about 40 minutes.
In here if you consider the planet as part of the BG, it took 1 hour. if not, 10 minutes.
