Description This his is my first HDR result, i use auto bracketing from my canon to create three differently exposed images and i used photmatix pro to generate HDR.

I'm not pro at it.. so its not the result i was hoping.. even so i would like to see comments and critics

Thanks a lot

This is pretty good for a first attempt. It is good to see that you didnt over tone map this because that is the first inclination (...thats what I did the first few times). Nice colors and interesting subject

i think i didn't over tone mapped this because i actually try on all my pictures to look as real as possible.. even knowing something its not possible

so i try to stick to the real "imagination" instead of getting an astonishing and sometimes exagerated creation

Thanks for the comment *

No problem It is going to be very hard for you to get realism with HDR though. For the tone mapping to work right, it takes a bit of realism away but adds a ton of texture and contrast.

yes i know that but hey.. i try a lot

but i know for sure that when we take a picture to the sun its not possible to get details on the rest of the "motive" we are shooting.

so that makes it unreal for sure but HDR causes great dramatic effects

I would like to learn the best of it. I use photomatix for mac, but there's another program with a weird name, that makes better results for HDR creations.

I need to spend some time trying Even so, u can check all my HDR on my gallery. And thanks for your honest comment and help and support

Cheers to ya

hugoafsilva In reply to kalein [2007-12-09 13:32:55 +0000 UTC]

hugoafsilva In reply to SergioCatarino [2007-12-04 00:33:30 +0000 UTC]

tiras 1 foto c a exposiçao normal
dpois tiras otra foto sobre exposta
e dpois otras subexposta

dpois no photoshop, vais a file > automate > merge to HDR

abraços ahh e obg plo fav thanks
