How about......Sombra using her implants to absorb widowmaker and be able to pose as her, since she's not loyal to talon anyways
Roughly would take 1-2 panels for preset, 3-4 panels to absorb and became a mix of them(like in here and mei-cy), 2 panels to self-disguise back into widow.
Could be the most effort-taking piece of yours but would also be a good one.

So I just provided a...detailed idea for reference, or spark, to suggest something that may or may not fit your current creative mood.
