Poor Blurr.I was crushed when I found out.
btw I'll mention this dev is very similar conceptually to [link] , to avoid anyone getting upset over ideas being taken. Though this was just a five minute doodle for a friend to begin with.

It is canon that he survived, even though he was thrown into an incinerator. In the animated comic, "The Stunti-Con Job", Cliffjumper is seen holding Blurr in his cube form, still living.

It was undignified, but it was also kinda badass. I think that's the first time I've seen a robot that was sentient and a relatively important character die in a robot-y way. If they're sentient they usually die like humans die, and if they're not they're just comic relief drones and die in a completely cartoony way.

I guess it was also a shock just because I didn't expect them to kill someone so soon as well. I know this season is going to have quite a few deaths, but I didn't expect Blurr to be on that list.
