Ummm...I didn't see anything about critiques and whether you wanted them encouraged or discouraged...but his face seems a little off. Like the inner parts (nose , eyes, mouth) should be more to the left.
Then again now that I look at it again I think it's the length of the mouth that draws your eye to the right side of his face making it seem...off.
