This looks a bit sad, but it also has a lot of emotion. I like the amount of emotion played out in it. However, I can see you didn't really work all that long on this, and were probably rushing just a bit, or maybe just felt like drawing something. The clouds could be more... blended, I suppose. Realistic, mainly.
The drawing style is very nice. I sure wish I could draw bodies like that. Sadly, my old hand isn't a master with realistic things. The outfit chosen suits perfectly with the background, and the lighting, too. Try to add some more shading an a bit of editing, and it'll be the bee's knees!
