This is very well done! The amount of detail you put in is fantastic. They all look so civil...I wonder how long that'll actually last for haha I can't see these 3 being in the same room without at least one fight happening lol

Don't worry. I'm sure Kefka will flip the table as soon as he's had his fill of sweets and tea. 
As for the other part, Ultimecia hates Kuja and the feeling is mutual. Kefka hates everything and everyone regardless.
Honestly, it's kind of a miracle the three of them aren't trying to kill each other. Maybe somebody spiked the tea or the food.

Ultimecia's interactions with Kuja were minimal. She scolded him for his plan of betrayal and I think that was it.
I don't recall if they talked much during the text dialogue.

In 013, Ultimecia is the one who tells Kuja that his memories are implanted and fake, which upsets him. After he leaves to start going after Zidane, she calls him a "foolish child." Later, Garland chides her for breaking Kuja's spirit, but Ultimecia shrugs it off by saying that her words have motivated him.
Maybe "hate" is too strong a word, but I don't think she likes him much.

The only warriors of chaos who have any respect for each other are Golbez and Jecht, since they're not evil and have family to think about.
Sephiroth doesn't hate the other warriors, but he doesn't give a damn about the conflict at all.
