It's been quite a while since Joss and Chubfi's children entered the world, and they've been getting bigger and more of a handful ever since. They have more energy, know a few more words than before, and even learned a few of their strengths.

Ember has surprising durability, which everyone found out when she fell off Jules's bike while in motion. And after scaring her auntie half-to-death, she simply stood up and laughed with a smile on her face, unfazed. She's also spent a good amount of time with Jules, so much so that she wanted to put her hair in a ponytail and dye it to resemble the musician's. Though she just had to settle with dyeing the tips.

Ash's fur has started to grow lighter in color, much like his mother's. While he himself hasn't really noticed, he has recognized something else: his fire has started to become a little bit stronger. However, all he can really do is burn candles and start small campfires. His grandfather, Sofu, has been keeping a close eye on him, ready and waiting for the right time to accept him as an apprentice. He remains wild and adventurous, and is the quickest to tire out his parents.

James is very much a mama's boy, almost never seen without Chubfi around. He loves snuggling into her and enjoys the warmth her body gives out, even though he doesn't need it for survival like before. He simply hasn't grown out of it. Hannah swears she once saw James lightly freeze something once, but she hasn't seen that happen since...

King has, unfortunately, kept up his bullying ways. He's a frequent pain in his parents' sides, almost always getting in trouble with other Minis on the ranch, acting rude and aloof around adults, and being incredibly demanding for things. Some have worried that he inherited his father's attitude, but Chubfi knows better than anyone that this isn't true. King's just a problem child, and she loves him all the same.
