Description ZBrush sculpture. I did this to experiment with creating armor and clothing by masking off sections of the base sculpt and extracting them as editable sub tools.

The materials are awesome on this... I love the skin texture/details! As sorta said above your characters always have life in them

Ohhh cant wait

I love animation, it just takes so long to render Miss workin in Max ... for some reason I get too many errors when I try using a partition on my mac to use it so I gave up lol, I have been modelling in Modo and animating in C4D (or when Im feeling lazy Poser lol) ... havent animated in Max since Uni and that was just coursework lol

Damn! That guys got one hell of a neck on him! I can just hear the executioners complaining, "we strung him up but he just kinda hung there, swaying in the breeze."

Excellent work on the metal too.

well .. altho this is meant to show off your practice with materials (that pitted metal and rough leather wok for me), what I find really amazing, here and in all your work, is the real touches on the character -
I mean: wrinkles, veins, tendons, cuts & stubble. I can even discern the red veins in his eyes.
I almost expect to see his pores if this could be zoomed in close enough (but if I got that close, he'd prolly punch me ..)

Cheers, yeah I love the level of detail I can achieve with this software. When I get a more powerful PC I should be able to do even more complex sculptures.
