Commission rules

If paying with PayPal. The payment should be made through invoice method. I will ask you to provide me with your PayPal email addressPayment is due in full up front. I will not work on your commission before I received full payment. ALL payments must be made with YOUR PayPal. Do not use anyone else their account to purchase from me.
