This was another sketch from 2014 that I decided to color. I decided to draw Gene as a Polatrix, a race created by yark-wark for her Team Prototype project.Paint Tool SAI.

Well, Polatrix kinda sound like polar, so it makes sense that you chose Gene for that 
I really wish I can make my own linearts and colouring in the pc

Polatrix are an arctic race, kinda like a polar bear/wolf-esque race, so Gene just made sense, heh.
I'm sure you can. Even without a tablet, it's good to practice, there are many free art programs that can help. Fire Alpaca might be something to check out.
