Been working on some of the recent character concepts I posted earlier, and this is one of them.
This is Aptos. Not entirely sure what he is, I think I want to say he’s related to dragons in some way.
I think that he’s an avatar type character being granted powers related to a being of some mythical power and origin, which is one of the reasons why he has those energy rings or cuffs. He spent some years in a slumber after being granted the privilege of those powers before being awoken for some reason.
He’s kind of a character that is meant to be “lost” or out of touch with how things progressed, so he finds himself having trouble here and thee, and is in need of help in modern things.
